I started doing the StrongLifts 5x5 to increase my overall strength. When I got to the 300 pound squat range, I didn’t feel comfortable squatting anymore in my Reebok Nano 9’s. I bought the Romaleos bc of great reviews plus it’s a super clean shoe. I was a little unsure about size, but I wear a 10 in Nike Joyride running shoes and went for a 10 in the Romaleos and they fit great. Shoe gives me a super locked down feel and my stability in the squat has increased. Overall great shoe and I highly recommend.
this shoes is very helpful when i do squat ! i love it i would like to get next series of this shoes in the furture !
