I am a long time Romaleos fan. This version is just ok. Warning, if your foot is wide or flat, these are definitely not for you. I sized up 1/2 from my normal size, and while they fit, I am betting a full size up would have felt better overall as my toes are very close to the front. There is a decent arch on these and likely would not be comfortable if you have a flat foot.
Fabulous for barbell lunges, squats, deadlifts, bulgarian lunges, any hinge movements, hip thrusters. Overall, it is a top-notch weightlifting shoe. At first, I thought I should have sized up a half size but not the case after a few wears.
Need to get these in stock more often and carry more of the smaller woman’s sizes!! Because they seem to be the most popular in this style.
