The shoe is excellent. Definitely lighter than the Nike Romaleos 2. You should get 1/2 a size up from your current weightlifting shoes (If they are Rom2's). Toe box is really flexible. Downside is purchasing these shoes to ship to Canada...the import fees are extremely high. (115$)

Use these for oly lifting only and they’re great. It’s not quite as heavy as the rom 2 imo but I don’t mind because they’re still very stable during lifts. My only gripe with the design is that the shoelaces are kind of short, I find myself occasionally having to redo them during workouts which is pretty annoying. Size: I wear 6.5 women in Nike running and metcons, I ordered 5 in men and they fit great. Snug but not cutting off circulation.
