My son wears a 6.5 in a youth Nike tennis shoe. We had to order 3 different sizes to finally find one that fits. The 6.5 in Mens was too small. He couldn't get his foot in it. We then ordered a 7.5 in mens. It fit the same as the 6.5 did. We ordered the 8.5 and it fit perfect.
